The Big Victorian is a 6000 square foot home and venue rental on 5 bucolic acres in New York’s Hudson Valley with fields, groves, gardens and flowers, a barn, a stone foundation, a full 2000 sq. foot basement with old steel boiler, a silo and a 19th Century stone root cellar. We offer access to 100% of the grounds, basement, barn and portions of the house. It is a perfect location in Orange County, NY for a movie set or a music video set up.

What is included in the rental fee?
Each package covers use of the space, standard furnishings, on-site coordination. Upgrades—such as lodging, catering can be added upon request.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Popular dates fill up three to six months ahead. We recommend securing your venue rental as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially if you need evening shoots, lodging, or additional services.
